What does Archax do?

Archax is a London-based exchange, custodian and broker for digital assets. This means that Archax can provide trading, brokerage and safeguarding services for a range of assets including cryptocurrencies, tokenised real-world assets and digital securities. Although cryptocurrencies are not currently regulated by the FCA, Archax was the first firm on the FCA's 'cryptoasset register', demonstrating our commitment to a transparent and compliant crypto industry.

What is a UK ‘cryptoasset registered’ company?

All UK companies wishing to provide crypto-related services must comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations, and register with the FCA. Once this is done, the firm will be added to the register and become a 'cryptoasset registered' company; Archax was the first firm to be added to the FCA cryptoasset register.
